Hopefully, your semester is going well, and you are enjoying your fall classes! This newsletter has been designed by the BAS/BLS advising team to connect you to your university and the University of Iowa campus.

Are you a First-generation student? Our first-gen students bring unique talents and perspectives to the university. First-generation students are recognized by many initiatives and advocates across campus.
Did you know that Iowa is celebrating first-gen students all week long, November 4-8, 2024?
Get involved by applying for the 1stGen@Iowa Student Advisory Board. Applications for the 2025-2026 advisory board will be accepted in spring 2025.
