*Career-Technical Credit is college level credit that is earned from regionally accredited two-year post-secondary institutions in technical programs that are approved for transfer to the University of Iowa. The Office of Admissions reviews all credit that is transferred on official college transcripts and determines how many hours will transfer toward an Iowa degree. The university awards credit for course work and not for life experience.
